for a particular, localized edition of osCommerce
is based in the fact that the project is mainly
focused on the English-speaking community in the
Web. Vista Nova adapts osCommerce to reflect the
overall legal framework in Germany, the preferred
payment methods, the preferred shipping and
handling methods, the language, the currency, the
taxes, and the behavior of German shoppers as
recognized by studies.
