UserIPacct introduces a new policy mechanism that
provides per-user IP statistics (measuring the
user's IP usage). This package adds per user IP
accounting to the Linux kernel, and contains
programs to control and use this accounting data.
Patches are available for the 2.0.39, 2.2.19, and
2.4.5 kernels.
