UniRed is a unicode plain text editor. It supports many charsets (16-bit Unicode, UTF-8, Windows/DOS system charsets, Latin-1, Latin-2, Latin-3, etc., Cyrillic charsets, etc.). It allows you to use HTML-style presentation of Unicode symbols, features syntax highlighting that can emphasize syntax elements by colors and/or text styles, and much more.
