An issue with libpng being linked into every binary by default has been fixed. The configuration has been updated to work with autoconf 2.5x, and there is a fix for Perl 5.8 on systems with gcc 3.x installed.

A major bug in the ordering of records in pi-address.h has been fixed. There are fixes for pilot-xfer and install-todos, and a new backup layout. There is a first pass at FreeBSD support (testers are needed). pilot-addresses CSV format output has been updated to match the new Palm Desktop 4.1 format. pilot-xfer -f didn't work at all in 0.11. There is a bugfix for non-writable local files with 'Fetch'. read-palmpix and read-notepad now take arguments for the output file type ('-t png' or, '-t ppm'). Language bindings (Perl, Python, Java, Tcl, Tk, iTcl) now default to off unless specified. Some of the gcc-related warnings have been fixed, and there is a minor Python build fix.
