Manuals with instructions on installing from scratch and updating were included and the .sma files were updated. In server ID files, subdirectory names are now recognized properly. Admins can be suspended. By default, the admin serverid is now set to zero and will be added to all servers. A links bug was fixed, MySQL table optimizations were made, a playtime MySQL addon was added, and a new skin was included.
