OpenChatterBox is an LANChat-like application which is designed for communicating over LANs. It uses a protocol similar to the ChatterBox utility for Windows, but doesn't support colors, pictures, or user modes yet.

Major feature enhancements
This release has text formatting support, /B, /I, /U, and /msg commands have been added. Internal command names have changed. An ugly packet length bug and some minor bugs have been fixed. The documentation and manual have been updated.
