Niki is a quick and simple program for organizing
notes and documents. It provides a browser and an
editor. The notes are called Nikis, and consist of
short text files with simple formatting. Nikis are
stored and structured in ordinary directories, so
they can be manipulated with a file manager. Nikis
are linked via NikiLinks. The NikiLinks are
searched in well-defined logical context. Nikis
can link to other documents which can be opened
with a click. Creating a new Niki is done merely
by typing a new NikiWord.
