Minor feature enhancements
Authen::SASL::Cyrus is no longer required. All work with maps is now done internally with Net::LDAP::Entry objects. The required attribute checking was requiring far more attributes than required by the RFC2307 schemas; this has been fixed. User defined maps are now supported and documented, and a command line argument --DumpInternalMaps has been added to cause led to produce user defined maps for its internal maps. Variables were not being expanded in map filters as documented; this has been corrected.
