Better support for TLS was implemented through a
new command line option -Z[Z] and a slightly
changed "usetls" config file option which now
takes "never", "try", or "always" as values.
Wenn ein Fehler auftritt beim Parsen der Konfigurationsdatei, eine richtige Fehlermeldung, die Zeilennummer und die fehlerhafte Token ist jetzt gegeben.
