gsynth is designed to be an extensible, modular synthesizer with a built in machine editor, tracker, and sequencer. It is currently in early development stages but is already "playable."

This is an early release with a working machine editor, half-written
tracker, and no sequencer. It is the first working preview of gsynth
since its evolution from "gsyn".
