Major bugfixes
This release bumps the version requirement of GKrellM to 0.2.3, since that's the first version that handles libtool archives in a sane way. This means that one can finally put both the .la und .so files in the plugin directory and the plugin will still work.

A chart has been added showing the current speed of the downloads and uploads. Both the chart and the transfer panels can be turned off.
