This release fixes a number of minor bugs, the most
noteworthy being the handling of symbolic links, adds a

to be read from a file.

The URL parser no longer refuses URLs without a trailing
path, and the --raw option of ftpls no longer erroneously
wants an argument. A number of portability problems
have been fixed.
