Es hat jetzt bessere Caching-Support, nutzt Dir:: List, und sollte schneller aufgrund der vielen Optimierungen in der Ode und Vorlagen. Die Konfigurationsdatei wurde aufgeräumt und ist jetzt einfacher zu verstehen. Eine Beta-Version für den Einsatz mit mod_perl 2 ist jetzt ebenfalls verfügbar.

The program was totally rewriten to work with mod_perl. It now has better caching support, uses Dir::List, and should be faster due to the many optimizations within the ode and templates. The config file was cleaned up and is now easier to understand. A beta version for use with mod_perl 2 is now also available.

This release adds support for directories that are not
accessible by the Web server (shows another icon, and does
not link it), beta XML output (testing), time_needed (which
shows us how long it took to generate the page), and some
silly testing scripts.

Caching von Verzeichnislisten kann mit Ablauf einer konfigurierbaren Zeit (Caching ist über einen Standard-Perl-Modul Storable verursachte). Die Dokumentation wurde aktualisiert, um die aktuelle Version wiedergeben. Es gibt kleine Bugfixes und neue Optionen der Konfigurationsdatei für weitere Anpassungen. Eine öffentliche CVSWeb ist jetzt verfügbar.

The functions time_delta and is_old have been added for easier coding. Caching of directory listings can been done with a configurable expiration time (caching is done via a standard Perl module Storable). The documentation has been updated to reflect the current version. There are small bugfixes, and new configuration file options for more customization. A public CVSWeb is now available.
