Cammgr manages a collection of web cameras. It will bring cameras online or offline, and initiate or suspend image capture operations. Any camera can be controlled provided a driver is available. Cammgr supports multiple images per camera, default images for inactive cameras, per- user/host/camera notifications, and an easy-to- use configuration file. It can scan Apache log files to auto-initiate image capture, and tune capture frequency can to the minimum needed to ensure that clients receive a new image on request.

Unterstützung für Axis Netzwerk-Kameras wurde hinzugefügt. Ein Fehler, wenn das Rohr Dateideskriptor blieb offen über Shell exec wurde behoben. This release introduces CamClient, a
JavaCam-compatible image retrieval applet. With
CamClient, the client can select from a collection
of available images. CamClient also allows the
user to select the refresh interval and freeze the
current image. Unlike JavaCam, CamClient will work
on Windows XP by thwarting client-side image
caching. Webcams may now override other webcams,
which is useful for supporting multi-sized images
from the same camera. A couple minor bugs were
also fixed in this release.
