This is a bugfix and maintenance release that adds no new user visible functionality. PHP 5 is used now instead of PHP 4. Scripts have been added to import meter locations and administrative and operational areas from WIS. The installation process and documentation have been improved.

with a new GMED report. All PDF reports are implemented using servlets
now, and available in Excel format. Several bugs have been fixed, and
