adlook (Address Lookup tool) is a multi-threaded
host name and technical contact lookup tool. It
accepts a list of IP addresses from the command
line, from a data file, or from stdin, and outputs the
hostname and technical contact for each address.
Although it is written in Python, for the time being
it runs only on UNIX systems. Python must have
been compiled with threads enabled to run adlook.

Es wurde ein Fehler in der ersten Version von adlook 1.2. Sie führte im Tarball posted to Sourceforge mit Null-Länge. Dies wurde korrigiert, und es wurde festgestellt, dass eine brauchbare Version von adlook von sf heruntergeladen werden kann.
There was an error in the initial release of adlook 1.2. It resulted in the tarball posted to sourceforge having zero length. This has been corrected, and it has been verified that a usable version of adlook can be downloaded from sf.
