While the gtk4-client still has a lot of issues, I think we should have it as the default by S3_2-alpha1. Then the default client would logically improve through the alphas, rather than getting completely replaced at some point. Also, as gtk4-client was implemented directly to use "Clean" more than "Clean Pollution" and "Clean Fallout" activities, it's more correct than other clients in its freeciv-3.2 ruleset support.
