While playing Freeciv, I'm a micromanager, and I spend a lot of time selecting and re-selecting the tiles worked by each city.
Often, a tile is occupied by a neighbouring city.
It would be very convenient to be able to click on that tile in the city window and open the city dialog for that city.
This should be easy to implement; there is a right-click menu for the tile already.
I'm using Freeciv 2.6 with the GTK3 client; to be honest, I haven't checked whether this is implemented in a newer version.
