Add initial version of pregame player list menu for gtk4-client. The point is to have the menu at all - just have any simple minimal entry in it.

Gtk4 gives some warnings with this. Won't push yet, but to at least try to get it working without such warnings.

Haven't figured out any workaround yet, and workaround we will need (for compatibility for current versions) even if they fix it to a future version.

Haven't figured out any workaround yet, and workaround we will need (for compatibility for current [gtk] versions) even if they fix it to a future version.

Attached patch has worked under all the circumstances I've so far tested it, and isn't hideously ugly (just needed to break grouping of the functionalities a bit)
