With the limited max length of file paths in tar 'freeciv-<version>/dependencies/tolua-5.2/patch/01-tolua_tolua_open-prototype-before-needed.patch' is too long with some local version tags I use to keep my builds in order, and risk is there for official releases too. We should shorten it at least by a couple of characters to stay on the safe(r) side.
