There has just been an update to Debian Sid that causes freeciv not to find mariabd (build worked less than 24h ago).

While it would be a sensible thing to ask if we should start making difference between mysql and mariadb also in freeciv configuration, for approaching 3.0.4 I just want build against mariadb to work with minimal changes.
