gtk4-client helpdlg opens tech tree with the height of just the one row that it's showing in its collapsed mode. It's currently not even getting bigger as one expands the tree - one has to scroll to see anything.
It's probably more sane solution to have a a bit bigger but static size for it (one has to scroll when looking for more techs than fits to that size) than to have it changing size all the time.
