Gnulib upstream has a new version, serial 63, or stdlib_h.m4. By quick reading update seems to be relevant only if some other gnulib .m4 files are used, and we're not using those ones.
Maybe not including this update to the current/just ended round of bootstrap file updates to stable branches, but target this to S3_1/master only, for now? We will probably make another round of bootstrap file backports to stable branches (at least S3_0) at some point of their lifetime.
