Can I help with testing? I totally don't understand this ticket. The only make command I ever type is 'make -j2'. But I'm willing and ready, my Lord.

Type 'make dist' and it should result in release tarballs. So far successfully tested by myself and Continuous Integration: https://github.com/freeciv/freeciv/actions
