Hi,

epa-*-region does not automatically guess the coding system of encrypted/signed region when charset is not defined.

This prevents me decrypting encrypted/signed messages on PGP thread on 2ch (famous Japanese BBS site) easily with Navi2ch (elisp packages for 2ch):
