コンパイルにはDelphiが必要です。
CVSってやつに必要なコンポーネントとCVS版のソースがあります。
それに、目的のバージョンのソースを上書きすると、オリジナル版を作成することが出来ます。

日本語化に伴う変更についてはjpkit中のパッチフォルダにまとめてあります。

パッチ適用済みのソースを公開するより、日本語板の変更点を別にしたほうが見通しがいいと思うのでこうなってます。

cvsにあるのですね。

私はhttp://cvs.sourceforge.jp/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/dev-cpp-jp/
でCVSROOTしか見れなかったので、てっきりないのかと思ってしまいました。

本家MinGWに本家Dev-C++という環境で使用しているので、今まで手作業で行っていた部分以外の差分を、できるところだけ持って行きたかったのです。今は別環境に乗り換えてしまったので(すみません)、要らなくなってしまいました。
