UnionFunctional DescriptorのbSlaveInterfaceが1個までしか見つからない
FOMA USBインターフェースを利用するための技術参考資料には
複数個のSlaveInterfaceを所有出来るように記載されているが、
cdc-acm.cの950行付近では1個決め打ちで動作している。

原因：USB.orgのCDC Subclass Specification for Wireless Mobile Communications Devices Rev1.1によると1個と書かれている。
これはUniversal Serial Bus Class Definitions for Communications Devices
のRev1.2添付文書のためRev1.1とは仕様が変更されたようだ。

対策：CDC HeaderのbcdCDCを取得してRev1.1とそれ以降で仕様を分けることとする。
(無視することも考えたが、lsusbでbSlaveInterfaceが2個のパターンを見たため、
ちゃんと対応する）
